These Adidas karate Shin and Insteps offer protection at back of the feet in the heel area as well as protection for you opponents and yourself in the top of the foot (instep) and shin areas.
Adidas have ensured a functional movement junction part between the shin and instep which attached with velcro.
It has been designed to limit movement as little as possible, great fit allowing for great kicks!
