CAN I COME TO MASA AND PURCHASE MY GOODS IF I AM A RETAIL CUSTOMER?

Yes, you are welcome to come to our store at 23 Pearson Way, Osborne Park, WA 6017. Please click here for our opening hours. If you can, please ring 0456 404 279 beforehand, so that we can have your items available.

CAN I PICK UP THE PRODUCT IF IT IS NEARBY TO REDUCE TIME OF DELIVERY?

Yes, you can collect from 23 Pearson Way, Osborne Park, WA 6017. Please contact us to let us know that you will be collecting so they are not sent in the daily post dispatch.

CAN I COME IN TO VIEW AND TRY ON PRODUCTS?

Yes, in-store we have changing facilities and the ability for you to look and compare the items.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

You may place your order online, by signing up on our website at www.masupplies.com.au and following the simple steps to checkout. Alternatively, you may call through your order over the phone.

CAN I PLACE ONE ORDER BUT SEND TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? Unfortunately, this function is not available online. Please call us so we can help you with this should you require to send your items to more than one place.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE

All goods that have been paid in full will be despatched within 3 working days in Australia. If the products are out of stock, customers will be notified within 3 working days via contact details provided to MASA. For customers in Australia selecting standard Australia Post, you should receive your order within 7 working days. Overseas orders may take up to 14 working days.

IS MASA A SECURE ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITE

We process our credit card payments through a secure encrypted gateway. We do not store credit card details online and are always working within a safe, online transacting environment.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, Zip Pay for payments 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY

Our standard post charge with Australia Post is $10.00 on all orders. Express Post is optional at $25.00. For bulky items and wholesale orders postage is quoted as per each order

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

As consignments are readied for dispatch with Australia Post a tracking information email will be provided by Australia Post to the email address provided with your order. Please check your junk emails if you don’t initially see these details within 3 business days. Otherwise, you can call or email us for a copy of the tracking information.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IF I AM UNHAPPY

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or don’t do what they are supposed to do. All returns must be in as new condition. Customers are required to contact MASA by phone at 0456 404 279 or email orders@masupplies.com.au and gain authority for returns by MASA prior to any returns. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE IF IT IS THE WRONG SIZE

If your purchase is the wrong size, simply call us on 0456 404 279 to arrange an exchange, provided the item is in the same condition as when received.

WHAT IF THE GOODS ARE FAULTY

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or don’t do what they are supposed to do.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

We can only cancel your order if the item(s) you have ordered have not yet entered the despatch process.Â
